1. Shipping methods and delivery time
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

If you place your order before 4 pm, we will start processing it on the same day excluding the back order. And your parcel will be sent out within 2-5 business days.

5. Shipping note
- The estimated delivery time (does not include weekends or public holidays) is from the date that your parcel was shipped.
- Your parcel will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depends on size and weight. Parcels will be delivered at working days and working hours, please offer an available address where someone can accept it as a signature may be required.
- Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.
6. For undelivered solution
- Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out by le-idea to decrease your losses.
- For Expedited Shipping Service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others, please contact us within 1 months of shipment. Our representative of customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.
